DISCREET PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

 

Due to COVID-19, shipping carriers are not able to guarantee delivery dates at this time. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded if your order does not arrive in the estimated delivery window. Rest assured, The Official Marijuana Strains team is shipping your products as quickly as possible and is here to provide support along the way.

Please be aware that it is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct address for shipping. Any changes made to the shipping address after a package is shipped are not guaranteed. Orders that have been successfully delivered on your provided Address.

Here at Official Marijuana Strains, we understand how important it is to our customers that we ship your purchases discreetly.  We ship all orders in plain cardboard boxes, nothing to mark cannabis or things of that nature.  Our shipping labels do not say Official Marijuana Strains, and we do everything we can to ensure our packages are discrete.

Our packages are shipped to you in a plain white box, wrapped in a generic mailing bag. Nowhere on the outside of your package will you see the words “Official Marijuana Strains.”

We do not ship to anyone under the age of 19 years old.

Official Marijuana Strains reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons. This is to prevent fraud and underage orders. We are very serious about preventing illicit orders.

We can not guarantee arrival dates or times. While we try our best to prevent any delays, orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances.

We ship all products from USA to anywhere in The World. Shipping costs vary depending on times and shipping destination. Free shipping is offered on orders over $250.

At Official Marijuana Strains Cannabis our top priorities are customer safety and satisfaction. We take customer comments and complaints extremely seriously and will always do everything in our power to make any negative experience right.

It should be noted that Official Marijuana Strains does not offer refunds. Due to the nature of our industry and payment systems, we are unable to offer the return of any funds once they have been accepted by Official Marijuana Strains. If we determine that we made a mistake or the product we sent you is defective, we will be happy to offer you a store credit or replacement product.

In order to obtain support for defective products, please contact our customer service team within seven(7) days of receiving your package. We are unable to offer any credit for complaints after seven(7) days.
